Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice required

By booking with us you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation and other booking policies.

Policy:

Should you need to cancel or shorten your appointment please call or email at least 24 or 48 hours in advance dependent on the booking day. If you cancel in less than the required notification period or don’t show up for your appointment you will be charged in full (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates).

Groups of 3 or more people 48 hours cancellation notice is required at all times.

Booking:

When booking by phone or online you will be asked to provide a credit card number to hold your reservation. No charges will be made to your credit card prior to your appointment.

Certificate Redemption:

We must be informed at the time of booking if you will be redeeming a Ganga Spa Gift Certificate or Gift Card, deal site promotional offer or other coupon. Please surrender all certificates or gift cards to the front desk upon arrival for your appointment. Your certificate may not be honoured if we are not aware of its use prior to your visit. We reserve the right to limit the number of certificates redeemed per day. (Check for the validity on weekend, since promotional offers are generally not permitted on weekends unless confirmed by appointments if applicable)

Arriving On Time:

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment, this will afford you the time to fill out the necessary forms and relax prior to your treatment. Allow plenty of time for travel and to find parking. We do understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining, however your session will be finished exactly on time as a courtesy to the next client. Full cost of services will still be applied. Arriving too late to perform the scheduled service result in full charges applied to your credit card (equivalent deductions from gift certificates) and your appointment will be rescheduled.

Appointment Reminder:

You will receive our convenient e-mail reminder within 72 hours prior to your appointment. Since email is not always reliable we recommend that you record the date/time of your service(s) through other means. Ultimately it is the client’s responsibility to keep the appointment. Not receiving an email is not a reason for missing an appointment and cancellation fees will still apply.

Registered Receipt Policy:

Receipts for all treatments / therapies / services are available. Please indicate to front desk before the commencement of your treatments / therapies / service if you require a receipt for insurance purposes. Please note that for services paid with a gift certificate will be issued with zero INR value in the name of the recipient. For massages paid for by a third party, the receipts can only be issued in the name of the person who paid for the treatment as per the our policy. If you are paying with a non-Ganga Spa certificate or a gift card and we cannot verify the name of the purchaser we will not issue a receipt. For more details please ask the reception desk staff for that respective outlet spa centre.

NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES:

We sincerely regret if you are unhappy with the service you received and we will strive to do everything in our power to ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction and your overall experience is a positive one.

Each client is required to complete and sign an intake form and we do our best to modify our treatments to take into account your specific conditions or restrictions on treatment. However, sometimes allergic reactions, bruising, or irritation may still occur during the course or after a treatment. Clients accept the treatment(s) at their own risk and once a service is performed there is no opportunity for a refund. Depending on the issue, an in-spa credit may be issued for a future treatment in exception cases upon recommendation from the management.
